Position Overview
The Assistant Controller is included in the controlling of a plant in order to support and optimize the plant's economic performance and growth. Report the financial and operational issues, support forecasting, budgeting and inventory costing processes, provide business leaders tools needed to effectively run the business, engage in process improvements, support financial period.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelors or higher learning in accounting or finance.
- S. Degree in Business preferred in Finance or accounts.
Professional Experience
- 7 years of financial expertise with manufacturing businesses.
- 3 years of business planning, summarising and/or summary experience
- 1-year expertise in cost accounting

Roles and Responsibilities
- Recognizing key tools to drive traffic improvement and implementing leadership to assure the implementation of business development possibilities
- Discovering, in combination with the management team, targeted purposes for production measures of quality, productivity, performance, cycle time, inventory optimization and profitability
- Examine and investigate multiple information published in the internal business statements and additional periodic financial statements for a production location
- Interpret financial results, drifts and metrics on a repeated basis
- Reports all accounts and reports correlating to the financial decisions and planned operation of the plant
- Support the Plant Management organisation in building an annual budget.
- Support and help the Plant Controller in the administration of all accounting and business aspects of the factory
- Ensure the efficiency of economic statements in accordance with domestic policies

Travel Requirements: This position requires 15% of travel.
Seniority Level: Controller
Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 5, 00,000 – 8, 00,000 annually based on experience.
