Position Overview
The Associate Director of Operations is liable for managing the overall production of the Operations. The Associate Director of Operations will implement administration by promoting and achieving operational approaches to support the company’s purpose. The Associate Director of Operations explains plans to enhance organizational effectiveness by guaranteeing the growth and improvement of all workers. Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or an equivalent degree if any
- A post-graduate qualification if any
- MBA in Finance or accounting
Professional Experience
- 10 years of operational finance expertise in a manufacturing procedure
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a leadership role

Roles and Responsibilities
- Serves as a principal advisor to the Director with capacity for engaging in major settlements and general administration
- Implements strategic and operational expertise to the Director and is liable for participating in key stakeholders meetings.
- Control trained staff including training and commissioning work, acknowledging to complaints, and efficiently recommend resolutions to queries, training and promoting workers and administering production evaluations.
- Cooperate with other departments to implement the best maintenance services for members and trained staff.
- Manage collaborative works with off-campus entities
- Recognizing and reporting uncertainties in the area of accountability and across the site.
