Associate Director - Supply Chain

Position Overview
The Associate Director, Supply Chain, designs, explains, projects, leads and manages the operation of the Services Department to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the business, as well as the requirements of applicable to consumers and local regulatory and/or businesses.

Academic Qualification 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply chain management other related 

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of five years in Material Management, Strategic Sourcing or Logistics Management, prefer retail and another relevant field. 
  • Three years supervisory, management, or Assistant Director experience required.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Recognize necessary processes that can increase overall performance and lead designs to achieve outcomes
  • Manage and supply, Support Lab/Distribution Center (DC) purposes that regulate with supply chain and business goals
  • Consult with senior management to align DC projects, goals, activity, stock and financials
  • Manage transactions, shipping/freight, and fulfilment of management from supplier to consumer
  • Establish systems and support to drive the continuous development and productivity of work-flow enterprises at all platforms of the consumer order to fulfilment
  • In connection with the stock selection team, ensure accuracy of finished assets inventory for continuous flow of freight to retail stores and buyers
  • Transportation & Freight administration - Evaluate all vehicles (domestic and import) and deliver ongoing discussion across administration channels for assistance and cost recovery

Travel Requirements: This position requires 25% of travel.

Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 5, 00,000 – 10, 00,000 annually based on experience.
