Position Overview
We need a Talent Acquisition Advisor to create and implement sourcing and employer branding techniques that will help our organisation to recruit talented employees.

Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for evaluating recruiting necessities, sourcing valuable recruits on various channels including online channels, building relationships with passive candidates and recruiting managers and evaluating employee’s performance in interviews and assignments. You will ensure our new recruits will retain high-performing employees.

Academic Qualification

• Post-secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field. 

Professional Experience

• Minimum 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience is required.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Workday experience is highly desired.

Professional Certification

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
• Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-4)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete full cycle recruitment including developing job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, making recommendations to hiring leaders and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, plans and processes to attract professional, technical and management level talent.
• Conduct intake calls with hiring leaders to understand requirements and correctly target and screen applicants.
• Provide guidance and training as needed to hiring leaders on the overall hiring process.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates, particularly through professional social media channels to promote employment opportunities at Enbridge.
• Utilize internal and external networks to leverage best practices in recruitment and selection.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding employment opportunities.
• Optimize efficiency of the recruitment process by making recommendations and implementing improvements.

• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.
• High degree of flexibility is required to adapt to multiple and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issue sand to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints
• Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology
• Ability to understand and work out basic instructions and guidelines
• Ability to communicate with individuals utilizing a telephone; required ability to hear and speak effectively on phone.

Salary ranges depending on the experience. Typically, the average salary for a Category Acquisition Advisor in India is around Rs.13 lakhs to Rs.15 lakhs annually.
