Position Overview
This director will manage, drive, promote operators to deliver exceptional production decisions and to maximize administration while leveraging Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) methods, developing individual works, and improving cooperation.
This position is required to attend weekly meetings. This position also requires full knowledge and active participation in solving business case problems.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor degree in supply chain management or industrial management
- MBA in business administration or industrial management or program management
Professional Experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience within a warehouse, distribution centre, or production environment
- 5+ years of managing distribution and logistics services

Roles and Responsibilities
- Hiring, on boarding, coaching, scheduling, and allocating work to new employees.
- Ensuring employees have the necessary supplies, things, and records to ensure strong completion of assignments
- Monitoring and coordinating sources to achieve daily stock and distribution goals.
- Computing workloads by practising presentations completely in a day to deliver the relevant level of measure by the calculated time of the end.
- Following the work performance individually to assure that quality and quantity criteria are sufficed or surpassed
- Accompanying staff connections and establishing that daily worksheet are performed correctly and presented on timely support
- Implementing continuous preparation and retraining of operators to ensure that they are made to match or outperform the productivity measures for their purpose
- Appropriating a variety of records, reports, and schemes to extend workload and determine difficulties that arise during the workday
- Interface efficiently beyond all levels
- Investigating information efficiently to make dependable business resolutions
- Build powerful performing organisations while captivating and stimulating colleagues
Competencies
- The familiarity of WMS (warehouse management systems)
- Proficiency with labour-management standards
- Continuous Improvement/Six Sigma knowledge
- Previous experience in a distribution centre
- Background working in a Labour situation
- Strong thinking and proven analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Proven talent to motivate organisations and accomplish dispute
- Basic PC experiences
- Capacity to reach all levels and spaces of the office
- Capacity to paraphrase and understand DOT and internal
- Agreement management and fashions and recite them to others
Travel Requirements: This position requires 10% of travel.
