Position Overview
Distribution centre Manager is to drive system developments and develop a team that guarantees we have the right amount of inventory at the best place while optimizing expenses, improving consumer occurrences, and reducing backorders & stock outs. This can be achieved by setting right KPI's beside the implementation of constant process changes, improved data uprightness, solid working mechanisms and having a good connection with key associates along the worldwide supply chain

Academic Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Maths, Business Technology or related field
  • Master's Degree in management, business administration

Professional Experience 

  • 8 years of work experience in the warehouse of finished goods
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a team of experts focused on the distribution of products around the world within the regional sites
  • Maintain consumer order scheduling and shop production 
  • Formulate routing strategies for consumer order
  • track Perfect Order Fulfilment products
  • mentor and Assist in Kaizen occasions
  • Design, Investigate and keep accurate writing
  • Actively trail, work and diminish defects of products
  • Guidance and ensures high action of the team working in the workplace
  • Conducts examination of performance and monitors production.
  • Establishes clear goals for the direct team and the rollup method.
  • Describes the department’s management and outlines the necessary plan for the district.
  • Determines the operational management and modifications required to adapt those changes
  • Secure proper staffing and scheduling to satisfy the changing requirements of the business.
