Position Overview
The Manager, Distribution is accountable for leading the Central Distribution Centre (DC) located across the country. In this role, you will lead a team of Administrators responsible for the commitment and execution of 100+ operators. You’ll partner with some more comprehensive Administration team and leadership to bring the best methods to the distribution centre.
Academic Qualification
- Major Degree in Industrial Engineer or Business
- Experience warehouse and transportation operations will be considered.
Professional Experience
- 8+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- At least 6 years of Power industry experience in distribution planning and design or implementation of distribution systems

- Guide proposals and business expansion with business clients in similar states
- Continue the evaluation of possible new vendor associates, and the expansion of companies with key businesspeople
- Operating with Indirect Acquisition, develop seasonal sourcing bids to reach financial objectives.
- Guarantees regulatory compliance for business across the globe
- Develop a culture of safety through management, training, and consistent focus
- Manage all shipping documentation, both electronically and printed where needed
- Execute all other duties as prescribed
- Promote and Perform Standard Operating Procedures
