Position Overview
As a fleet specialist, you'll Improve and execute initiatives to expand access, use, and effectiveness of Fleet and Facilities businesses and services. Advance Fleet and Facilities assistance to meet built goals and purposes. The fleet specialist will work across and will be available to staff, administration, missionaries and outside partners. He will manage a vehicle squadron and guarantee that all vehicles are up to date on their maintenance schedule.
Academic Qualification
- High School Diploma is must
- Education of four years of experience in automobile, vehicle, light or heavy-duty road equipment, engines or chassis maintenance and repair.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in transportation or an equivalent combination of training and similar experience required.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Calculate and control costs for fleet services and suggest changes to the design to management.
- Reports all request for private use vehicles and method Auto deduction paperwork
- Review for mistakes, making changes when required and reporting changes with department managers
- Uploads repeated statements from Fleet Response Claims merchant
- Monitors and records all vehicle transactions to ensure the database is maintained correctly
- Keeps the company-wide fleet communication list
