Position Overview

Responsible for handling complex description relations for the organization's multinational or large environmental consumers. Secure excellent customer service, operational effectiveness and information are maintained to deliver revenue and earnings goals. 

Academic Qualification

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting or related field.
  • Master's in Business Administration or supply chain Management.

Professional Experience 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain transportation
  • 1-3 years of shipping/executive knowledge.

Roles and Responsibility 

  • Oversee overall account relations for multinational consumers to ensure exceptional customer assistance during implementation, the development of services and continuous support of the account.
  • Associate with other sales specialists globally to orchestrate a statement sales strategy
  • The first point of contact with consumer on all business-related subjects pertaining to overall marketing process & implementation, including new potential business, commercial issues, the extent of the agreement, company improvements, & ongoing review
  • Prepare an overview of the report status at all times and record as required using accepted on tools.
  • Strategically associate with other businesses (e.g. Product Improvement teams and Corporate/Regional Staff and Operations teams) to ensure regular, regular service and increase
  • Private information to key executives to ensure accuracy and arrangement of all support and support to promote sales and profit purposes and customer working requirements
  • Experience in global and/or regional extensive review of the business building (resourcing, sales support, internal business processes, consumer relationship management) with environmental and country promoting and staff leaders
  • Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews with the consumer and environmental and country regulations and staff leaders

Travel Requirements: This position requires 15% of travel.

Seniority Level: Manager

  • Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 5, 00,000 –8, 00,000 annually based on experience.
