Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of expertise in supply chain processes
- 1+ years of people management experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain role
Professional Certification:
Roles and Responsibility
- Work with sourcing supervisors to help in supporting the variety of strategic industry suppliers.
- Control with Global Business Systems, Technical Portfolio, Managers, Engineering, Logistics and Suppliers to continuously identify process improvement and cost reduction/saving opportunities, in categories of responsibility.
- Discover and improve management skills in recognising cost-saving.
- Sustain the sourcing supervisor with combined strategic development projects with teams/representatives where needed
- Operate closely with buying and makes to determinate the right level of need.
- Supports in the range of suppliers, transmit long-term contracts wherever applicable, and manage performance to expectations.
