Position Overview
Responsible for developing and executing supplier diversity and supply chain sustainability strategies. Work closely with internal consumers, members and the division managers. Give superior levels of customer service and satisfaction. The head, Supplier management is responsible for promoting diverse suppliers and monitoring their usage across divisions.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in the scientific field
- Advanced degree desirable but not required
Professional Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in a quality assurance
- Expertise in Supplier Eligibility and Supplier Monitoring
- 5 years of experience in leading supplier management

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the network of suppliers. Liaise with corporate purposes to execute strategies and drive transformation
- Hold and report metrics and evaluate method effectiveness. Track tier 1 and tier 2 spend points to meet management and financial requirements
- Set important direction for the merchant management business aligned with the technology strategy
- Establish a plan to build centre capabilities concentrated on vendor segmentation, categorization, agreement renewals and spend investigation resulting in business plans to streamline methods and control and decrease overall vendor costs
- Launch corrective actions while necessary and complete follow-up on producing measures.
- Effective for mitigating characteristic trends and driving constant development for methods and produce quality products for assigned suppliers.
