Position Overview
The head of Supply Chain Operations is liable for the necessary leadership, expansion and organizational arrangement of an integrated global supply chain. The head of the supply chain is accountable for the improvement and achievement of core SC operational, mechanisms, methods and abilities. He will also play a vital role in leading the evolution and implementation of business-oriented supply chain leadership that implements the continuous business, as well as the global supply chain, promotes to create a sustainable aggressive edge in price, money, protection, property and service.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Advanced degree in business administration
- MBA with a focus on supply chain management a plus.
Professional Experience
- 15 years of experience in supply chain and logistics roles in consumer products
- 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a global supply chain operations
Professional Certification
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-6)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the mission for global product supply and delivery method.
- Subjected to on-time production and distribution of trade and products to the 3PL distributor and sales reps avoid commodity stock-outs and assuring adequate safety stock index at all times.
- Cooperate with the manufacturing plant and other cross-functional stakeholders to fulfil up with consumer/inventory market
- Evaluate unexpected operational risks internationally and regionally, and translate these into strategies, abilities, best methods, and performance indicators
- Maintenance reduction in commodity management and overall support system
- Support project delivery at the right time
- Control the progress on completion of the kind KPIs in Gross Margin, service, and capital gain
