Position Overview
Accountable for implementing great consumer service and having strong professional connections with selected customers, selling companies, and the regional supply chain partners. Will commence the order-to-delivery method for detailed accounts.
Academic Qualification
- BA/BS in supply chain engineering or business degree
- MBA/Master’s degree is preferable
Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business or any science degree is preferred.

Roles and Responsibility
- Control of quality support and administration for the assigned consumer:
- Includes some of the manufacturing goods, contractual requirements, and customer deliverables.
- Best complex source cause and improving action studies to address and eliminate customer escapes.
- Leverage cross-functional organisations inside the supply chain to resolve problems and direct risk.
- Control of Consumer Quality Improvement Plans
- Directs the responsible communications with external customers and across the organization
- Original meeting for on-site consumer Supplier Quality.
