Position Overview
The Procurement Partner acts as a subject matter expert giving procurement information and guidance across the squads to influence approach and decision creation and will be contributing in a transformation strategy for procurement with the emphasis on transporting about improved value creation. They engage with internal and external investors to gain evidence and insight to support the strategic expansion of the procurement purpose.

Academic Qualification

Procurement Partner should have a bachelor’s degree, if possible in an area such as supply chain management, business administration, or BA/BS or 7+ years of Procurement Operations experience.
7+ years’ experience in Strategic sourcing, Procure-to-Pay procedures and Source-to-Pay skills.
Experience in captivating ownership to develop and drive boards and performance.
Experience principally in cross functional squads.

Professional Experience

Classify and drive chances for improvement among wider teams.
Partner with SOE, Organization and other administrations to drive scalability, process competence and tool automation.
Drive calibration of delivery and activities to deliver efficient service.
Lead numerous effort streams and/or project teams to execute against project plans.
Proactively manage relations and expectations with internal and external stakeholders, with influencing at various levels of the group.
Promote, manage and deliver the unceasing improvement of project actions and delivery focused on procedure, tools, and packages.
Provide thought management and viewpoint on P2P relative to industry best performs.

Travel Requirements: Procurement Partner requires 40% of travel to its dealer locations.

Seniority Level: junior/Senior

This position will be typically reporting to the Procurement Manager of the company.

Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically Purchasing Assistant will be paid Rs. 4,00,000 – Rs. 6,50,000 Annually based on experience.
