Position Overview
Purchase Executive team will be issuing purchase orders through ERP promptly manner with vendor management to track the status of supplies issue permits and resolve issues in receipts. Identify values that adds with business and improvements. The primary job of the purchase Executive will be tracking orders and ensuring it is timely delivered to the end-user.
Academic Qualification
- Any Graduate with a degree
- Diploma in Procurement or equivalent certification
Professional Experience
- 1 to 1.5 years involved in purchasing
- Freshers with knowledge of purchasing in supply chain
- Responsible for delivering consistent reports on the movement of products

Roles and Responsibilities
- You have a strong understanding of identifying the requirements of goods, materials and services
- To handle a team of buyer and lead for the acquisition of required supply
- Establishing order quantities and also keep track of the order levels
- Signing requests for bids and awarding supply contracts
- Demonstrated ability in purchase order creation and purchase order related services.
- You will be assigned in follow-ups and purchase order confirmation with supplier
- Performance on processing activity per detailed policies
- Collection and maintenance of data related to FMCG Sector
Competencies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (Written and Verbal) skills a must.
- Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)/typing proficiency is required
- To handle a team of buyer and lead for the acquisition of required supply
- Excellent team player and will be playing a major role in team handling and escalations
