Position Overview
The quality analyst is to assist Management by performing executive and managerial duties related to the services of escalated calls. Assist in the community, implementation and coordination of new businesses and plans; and monitors their progress and effectiveness.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Professional Experience

  • 2 years of expertise as a quality analyst

Professional Certification:

  • Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
  • Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations (Level-3)
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Roles and Responsibility

  • Collect, analyse data and provide reports as a basis for management arrangements related to various activities.
  • Design, direct, control, correlative, and review the construction, education and the updating of systems and procedures.
  • Work as a resource; contribute expertise and support on Quality Improvement by helping in the implementation of new applications and designs by watching their performance and effectiveness.
  • Accompanies staff conferences, inter-departmental organisation and represents the functions and programs.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the senior Manager
