Replenishment Manager

Position Overview
Replenishment Manager will maintain selected divisions to optimize inventory levels in buildings and depots, consolidating business knowledge gathered from classification supervision and shopping onward with manufacturing insights. Has also the responsibility of inventory management within distribution centres, including accountability for the in-stock position for our consumers. 

Collaborate with sales Department leadership to plan for key holidays, festivals, and promoting events.

Academic Qualification

  • BA/BS education with an emphasis in business, supply chain or a related field. Relevant work experience will be considered.

Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain
  • Knowledge of kanban/pull methodologies 
  • Practice using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards preferred) and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities  

  • Examine the root causes of stock outs and prescribe suitable countermeasures.
  • Discussion plan for every part of the planning events for big sale days
  • Display supplier on-time distribution performance, and detailed replenishment solutions.
  • Daily review of pull system health and inspection of pull process discipline. Intensify issues with pull system use to administrators, unit directors, etc.
  • Summary of unreleased product methods to determine the root cause of the material deficit.
  • Display projection for market spikes, update and communicate to vendors.
  • Cooperate with concern stakeholders to balance lead time and minimum order supplies, to develop supply chain responsiveness and substantial quickness.
  • Display raw material and ingredient catalogue times on hand by value stream, SKU. Review inventory opportunities by value current.
  • Survey inventory to recognise excess, slow-moving, and out-of-date things; suggest relevant procedures.
  • Maintenance of implementation of engineering changes by agreeing with suppliers and building developments team and updating effectively dates accordingly.
