Returns Operation Manager

Position Overview
This position has the Charge for the overall administration of returned items/goods into the distribution or warehouse centres. 

The position will include the developing and maintaining of the warehouse return goods, inventory of returns/stock control to create an efficient method and acquiring solution, improving performance against the accepted targets and goals of the year.

Academic Qualification 

  • High school or secondary high school degree
  • Engineering / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Production / Industrial 
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a return management

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the returns department as a leader in charge
  • and 3 years in warehouse or distribution or sortation centre work experience

Professional Certification

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and secure the returns section is well designed and regulated to adequately support products and the aims of the firm
  • Execute improvement methods and manage policies and systems to lower the costs and improve the capital
  • Assuring all work areas are very clean and orderly kept safe for employees and staff to work 
  • Maintain and complete the Returns Policy and guarantee that it is rigorously adhered to, of the time the yielded stock reports back at the depot.
  • broadcasting important information on a monthly basis or quarterly basis
  • support in developing strategies for team exercises to include a policy to achieve objectives
  • a representative of the authority and capacity to team with direction, responsibility and inspection
  • achieve and have direct contact with national and internal clients/customers
  • set an instance for team people and business as a whole of responsibility, warehousing expertise, professional ethics and practices
  • maintain proper records of the returns
  • responsibly use supplies and handle expenses to meet budgetary limitations

Travel Requirements: This position requires 40% of travel.

Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 6, 00,000 – 8, 00,000 annually based on experience.
