Position Overview
The reverse logistic position provides customer service to end-users and resellers on behalf of the After Market Services team regarding issues concerning warranty returns, the status of returns, status of order shipment dates and tracking. He will also be responsible for processing securities toward customer accounts for returned items and receiving product into Oracle and MS Access
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training
Professional Experience
- Previous experience using Oracle and prior reverse logistics work experience in a large warehouse environment are highly preferred
- Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition when goods return to shops to ensure safe and efficient working conditions
- Ability to be innovative related to strategic sourcing, vendor relations, and the blended measurement systems
- Demonstrated commitment to develop an effective cooperation with stakeholders to explain issues at hand, combine requirements into methods and finally into technical interpretations.
- Ability to break down complex technical solutions into simpler terms and deliver in an actionable write-up

- Think strategically, difficulty in convention, and be willing to take a leadership role within the team.
- Play a critical role in partnering with Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizations to improve national forecasts for better production planning and distribution of finished goods inventory.
- Seek opportunities and lead improvement projects, which include integrated reverse logistic planning efforts
- Maintain the relationship between the parts they receive, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed to Data centre Technicians and Engineers

- Ability to align your work to the company and/or function vision and strategy
- Experience working across cross-functional teams is required
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement tools & methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
- Skill to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
Travel Requirements: The reverse logistics Associate requires 40% of travel
Seniority Level: Junior
The Salary depends on the experience. However, typically the average salary of an Executive Buyer is around ₹3 lakhs to 5lakhs annually.
