Position Overview
This position advises & assists the factory management in the fulfilment as well as a distribution centre and also the manufacturing centre of statutory or otherwise involving in the prevention of personal injuries & having a safe operating environment.

• Implementing Policy, Procedure & manual in Plant
• Maintained & Continuous improvement in business Management System.

Academic Qualification 

• GED is must
• Engineering / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Production / 
• MBA in safety and requirements 

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the production floor as safety in charge
• 3 years in manufacturing or related work experience
• Safety experience in large measure High rise structures, Marketplaces, IT Parks, Commercial Complexes 

Professional Certification

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
  
• Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations (Level-3)
  
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  

Roles and Responsibilities 

• States and handles employee training, emergency readiness and guarantees the quality of these programs.
• Implements regulatory understanding and professional information.
• Lead a team of ES&H professionals and/or maintenance personnel.
• Handle the ES&H program on a small or medium-sized project.
• Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) for the workplace to ensure a safe work atmosphere for all business employees, entrepreneurs, company’s visitors and population.
• Periodically audit the SMP for agreement and refresh to guarantee the association with outline scope and requirements

• To train workers and also an employee in safety.
• handle the Risk Evaluation report
• Accident Investigation is must
• Safety mock Drills at regular intervals in a calendar year
• Safety Audits of the places in and around the corporation

Travel Requirements: This position requires 70% of travel.
