Position Overview
As a Shipping Executive, you will be responsible for the convenient movement of assigned items required to support production, analysis, and operations. Central offices of the Shipping Expert include the packaging, substantiating, and monitoring of materials as demanded by internal and external stakeholders.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Master's Degree would be added advantage

Professional Experience

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Shipping company.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain movement of goods.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and categorise the workload on every day and weekly support to warehouse administration and division office to assure that all consumer orders are selected and dispatched on time.
To lead a team of 50-100 hourly associates with a focus on quality
To examine and arrange cycle count differences in overall averages
Guarantee all drivers maintain certifications and utilize the equipment per regulations and training.
Promote skill, knowledge through coaching and training
Supervise, develop, and direct daily department activities with employees assigned to the department as required to maintain a high level of employee performance.
Expertise incapable of analysis, dashboards, broadcasting and training compared to shipping
Achieve Constant Development by seeking ‘out of the box’ choices
Pro-actively recognise and execute best-in-class controls to maintain record efficiency
Implement and support shipping metrics and address to the plant team; expedite resolutions and perform action plans.
