Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management,

• Master's degree in Engineering in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management,
• MBA in Supply Chain Management.

Professional Experience

• Two (4) or more years of experience in all areas of factory product work.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain role

Professional Certification:

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
• Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-6)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Roles and Responsibility

• Appropriate Brand’s Policy to promote and support Global Sourcing Policy for their selected categories/brands.
• Strengthen the supply base administration policies that led to sourcing the most suitable product based on the name criteria while satisfying listening to complete cost, property, inventory, lead-time, transportation, military and unit cost.
• Launch and execute contracts with suppliers by working with internal teams on such matters as minimums, lead times, quality rejections, price changes, sample approvals, and other purchasing materials to ensure overhead costs are minimized and the maximum amount is collected, with the guidance of the Director.
• Work with sourcing managers to help in supporting the selection of important business suppliers.
• Control with Global Business Systems, Technical Portfolio Managers, Engineering, Logistics and Suppliers to continuously recognise process development and cost discount/saving possibilities, in categories of engagement.
