Position Overview
The Station Operations Manager has total liability for inbound, outbound and sortation operations of a business. Transportation Stations are the last leg of the delivery network. Consumer cases travel from Fulfillment Centers to geographical Sort Centers and ultimately settle up at local Transfer Locations where containers are distributed and transmitted directly to the consumer via distribution service providers (couriers).
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations or associated field and MBA would be an advantage
- Ability to manage increasing priorities and use sound judgment
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of administration experience in a production, transmission or distribution ecosystem.
- 3+ years of straightforward management experience for representatives and their production metrics

- Manage and oversee a team of Area Managers and partners in outbound or inbound sections
- Accountable for the overall protection, condition, production and consumer experience of the shift.
- Assist, mentor, and move your salaried including hourly workforce
- Guide large-scope designs with the site and regional influence
- Associate with senior marketing leaders across businesses to analyze our present processes and recognise opportunities to develop and optimize popular operations.
- Guide process-improvement applications and oversee the implementation of both marketing processes and industrial solutions.
- Mobilize business support through efficient liaison with support activities, to create designs capable of handling the business front and enhancing consumer knowledge.

Travel Requirements: This position requires 25% of travel.
