Program Details:

1. Strategic Sourcing: a key aspect of supply chain management, involves purchasing budgets, the supply market, supplier negotiation, and assessments of supply transactions
2. Transportation: management of successful transportation that gets everything to where it is needed, when it is needed
3. Distribution: movement of goods and services from the source through a distribution channel to the final customer and the movement of payment back to the supplier
4. Risk Management: directing the activities necessary to reduce, eliminate or mitigate the impact of factors that could lead to injury, loss, damage or failure
5. Inventory Management: decisions involved in determining how much, where, and when to have finished goods appear at numerous points throughout a firm's production and logistics channel.

Course Details:

All students seeking the Bachelor of Business in Supply Chain Management must complete I, II, III, IV, and V below, and the foreign language/global issues requirement for the major.
