Position Overview
Supply chain consultant majorly works with the client and present new methods or solve problems. Supply chain consultants support customers in improving the tools and methods necessary to produce cost-effective solutions for the different roles that make up the supply chain for example warehousing, material handling, purchasing and distribution problems. They provide expertise in major service in the supply chain domain. This position handles a very large amount of workload and requires more domain knowledge to deal with the problems
Academic Qualification
- Undergraduate business degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering or Economics.
Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a similar field of the supply chain or plus 7 years of experience or Master’s Degree plus 5 years of experience working in consulting firms
- Minimum 10 years of operations or planning experience for reputed firms.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Expert in Business Analysis, domain knowledge Testing, Database Knowledge, Technical Design and Vendor Management.
- Interact with clients through recorded reports and oral displays
- Coordinate with stakeholders and also the leadership team
- Deep understanding of supply chain strategy and organization design
- Effectively use data and process-centric procedure, align the system effectively and efficiently and, oftentimes, optimize popular technologies and/or present alternative resolutions.
- Implementing new ideas for business processes to meet client requirements.
- Research and develop professional development opportunities
- Collude with Supply Chain/Procurement/Manufacturing to ensure accuracy of conventional costing and produce acumens to improve the trade.
- Working capital and cash management

- Ability to deal with multiple priorities concurrently and be able to effectively set priorities to reach deadlines
- Excellently explaining the concepts with clients and also can discuss both business processes and system functionality.

- Having the ability to make a 90% utilization rate.
- Accommodate to changes in work nature (i.e. new client requirements or specifications)
Travel Requirements: This position requires 30% of travel.
