This position will manage external merchant relationships, drive operational perfection, understanding pricing and contracts and associate with teams to confidently change the customer experience.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA or Advanced Degree

Professional Experience 

  • Three or more years of experience in production, logistics, transportation, or business-to-business distribution facility
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Roles and Responsibility 

  • Drive a team to produce, expand and give against operations metrics needed for our company to meet consumer needs and private company performance goals.
  • Manage the successful performance of cross-functional process development programs to discuss critical industry problems or events (e.g., forecasting, automation, and productivity improvement).
  • Cooperate with other managers in services to ensure flexibility in the process, production, and culture across Convoy sites.
  • Manage the hiring, on boarding, education, and production supervision of a team of Business Managers and Business Analysts.
  • Recognize and support for supplementary resources and reporting required for your company to succeed.
  • Serve with our goods and communications teams to make changes that encourage strong effects.

Travel Requirements: This position requires 15% of travel.

  • Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 4, 00,000 – 8, 00,000 annually based on experience.
