Position Overview
Warehouse coordinators handle inventory and inventory operations for a wide assortment of businesses and industries. Warehouse coordinators support with unloading delivery trucks and loading trucks that are liquidating sold items from the warehouse. Responsible for the planning of daily work duties for the team, reporting objectives and monitoring outcomes throughout the time. This position assists field actions and works with other team branches, customers, the public, vendors, senior management, and personnel from all departments.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance
- A High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Professional Experience
- 3-5 years’ related experience and/or training, required. Warehouse operation or inventory control experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in handling various consumer products industry

- Experience ordering/receiving parts or inventory control
- This position encourages warehouse operations to run productively and efficiently, aiding field and safety regulations in promoting a safe work atmosphere.
- Obtains maximum efficiency and quality service, including productivity targets. Promotes solutions and changes for improving operational superiority
- SAP Experience is must
- Maintaining a clear and secured warehouse
- Separating off scrap, delivering/picking up material and vehicles as needed
- Work on data and provide clear status of the availability of products, stocks and materials from the Warehouse Management System.
- Daily keeping of code dates on product and notify relevant personnel when the material has expired.
Competencies
- Approaches feedback early on to detect and address problems as they arise
- Refines message from others to confirm own proper understanding; recognizes the quality of regularly communicating information to and/or exploring information from others
- Experience with ERP systems, experience with SAP, and a plus
- Computer and Microsoft Office Skills.
- Has the ability to manage time and finish the work
- Record information into inventory database systems to track and manage warehouse stock, employers look for professionals who have basic computer skills to perform this job
Travel Requirements: This position requires 45% of travel based on organization standard policies.
Seniority Level: Entry Level
Salary ranges depending on the experience. Typically, for warehouse coordinator will be paid Rs. 4, 50,000 – Rs. 6, 50,000 annually.
