Standard Operating Procedure for Progress Report:
Step-1: Certification Manager / Consultant needs to provide all the necessary details to fill this progress Report
Step-2: This progress report to be used for all the courses.
Step-3: This Progress Report needs to be filled on every week / once we finished the Session for the active participants
Step-4: Every week / once we finished the session we need to write the session topic with the completion date and please scan both the pages as pdf and send to them via Hubspot ( these details needs to provided by certifications Manager)

RACI Matrix
Step-6: Write the Card Number on the box as located on the right corner
Step-7: Then write their personal details and required columns as well
Step-8: Write the participant’s Full Name on the Name Box
Step-9: And write the name of the course which one they have joined
Step-10: Then write their Mobile Number, Email Id, City & Country
Step-11: In city & Country column, if the person is located within India means no need to write a country name. Just write their location. For example Chennai
Step-12 If they are located in abroad means write a country name as well
Step-13: Then write the Date of Enrollment as Date-Month-Year (XX-XX-XXXX) Format
Step-14: Then write the Fees Details. It includes installments option as well
Step-15: For example if the person paid 1st installment for the course and need to pay one more installments means we need to write as below:
Step-16: Paid as 1st Installment Rs. xxxx on xx-xx-xxxx date
Step-17: Need to pay 2nd Installment Rs. xxxx amount on xx-xx-xxxx date
Step-18: Then in the deliverables column write what are all the deliverables we promised such as Membership, Books, Exam, Online Access, Invoice, Training etc. Also whenever it is delivered please make a note of it in this progress report as below.
