Siva Thiru. Venkadesh Narayanan is a distinguished professional who has successfully balanced both corporate excellence and spiritual service throughout his life. With over 37 years of corporate experience and a deep devotion to Saivism, he has held key leadership positions in reputed organizations such as L&T, KCP, and Latex International, USA & SharkNinja, USA.

He is an internationally recognized expert in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Analysis and New Product Development. In addition, he successfully cleared the Indian Civil Services Examination (IRAS – 2000 Batch) and served in the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, before his retirement.

Despite his remarkable professional achievements, Venkadesh Narayanan has now dedicated himself wholeheartedly to spiritual service through the organization “Sivanmanai” based in Madipakkam, Chennai, engaging in various devotional and Saivite activities in service of Lord Shiva.

Venkadesh Narayanan continues his spiritual journey with the noble vision of helping devotees deeply understand the essence of the Sivapuranam and appreciate the greatness of Saivism. He strongly believes that the explanations and discourses on Sivapuranam can guide souls trapped in the illusions of worldly life toward true wisdom and spiritual liberation. With this mission, he regularly conducts Sivapuranam recitations and spiritual discourses at various temples, enabling devotees to receive the grace of Lord Shiva.

Daily Annadhanam (Food Service)
Since 2020, Sivanmanai has been conducting daily Annadhanam at Madipakkam, Chennai, serving food every morning between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM to nearly 80–100 people.
 
Kailaya Vaathiyam
During special occasions such as Pradosham and other festivals, a group of 15 members perform traditional Kailaya Vaathiyam at the Madipakkam Siva-Vishnu Temple. In addition, the group also performs devotional Kailaya Vaathiyam at various Shiva temples  free-of-cost as a service to Lord Shiva and the devotees.
 
Gho Pooja
Sivanmanai regularly conducts Gho Pooja (Cow Worship) every month on Pournami (Full Moon Day).

With the intention of spreading awareness of Sivapuranam among younger generations, Venkadesh Narayanan organizes memorization and recitation competitions for children and encourages them by awarding certificates.
