Production Process:
Water Filtration and carbonation:
Water need to be filtered by filtering machines, because mostly water contains harmful microorganisms. In many bottled water industries, the waste water act as a source, in such case waste water treatment plant is used. After filtration the inspection is done to ensure that, it need to be free of any contaminants and harmful microorganisms. Storage tanks need to be checked that, the air in the tank must be free of microorganisms, so that the contamination doesn’t occur. Now, the water is sent for carbonation. It is the process were carbon dioxide and other minerals are added to the water for increasing its health benefits. Every process involved in bottle water production are automated.
Bottle Blower and Bottle Washer:
Bottle package play a major role for customers to determine the standard of the water. The reliable and standard container is essential to maintain quality of water and its self-life. Bottle blower helps the bottle to form into its expected shape. To avoid contamination, bottle washers washes the bottle with high pressure machine. Mostly recycled plastics are used for making bottles.
Filling and Packing:
According to desired quantity, Bottle filler machines are used to fill the water in bottles. For carbonated drink, gas filtration is used for filling process. The gas used in this process need to be microbiologically stable, for this process filler bowl must be pressurized. Finally, the bottled is sealed with a cap and packed for sales.
