Production Process:

Plastic pellets is the major raw material used in production of plastic sheet and films. Plastic pellets are allowed for melting, this process is been done until it forms into molten stage. Then, the molten plastics are undergone in extrusion process, where it is added in a circular die in order to form a continuous tube of plastic, during this process the molten plastic are form into bubble shaped structure (stretchable plastics). The thickness of the film or sheet is controlled by adjusting the speed in the die and the width is controlled by allowing the air inside the bubble. The bubbles are compressed between metal rollers to produce the film or sheet. Printing and sizing machines are used to form the sheet and film into various printed patterns and sizes. Finally, the sheet and film are allowed for inspection process to ensure its quality and then, the tested sheets are packed in dust proof wrapping for sales and distribution.
