Category Acquisition Manager duties include observing recruitment procedures, from sourcing to appointment, managing a team of recruiters and classifying high-potential candidates. They lead lifecycle recruiting and work with corporate leaders in an industry-leading corporation and makes an impression on the talent we bring in and raise the bar by providing exceptional hiring executive and candidate involvements.
Academic Qualification
- Minimum of 8+ years of recruiting experience for a search firm, agency or in-house talent acquisition team with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's Degree
Professional Experience
- Build talent pipelines for existing and future job lead-ins
- Lead all tracking strategies
- Manage external companies with colleges, job panels and HR software vendors
- Device online and offline employer branding actions
- Prepare and appraisal our annual recruitment budget
- Oversee all stages of applicant experience (including application, meetings and message)
- Estimate hiring needs based on commercial growth plans
- Accomplish, train and assess our team of recruiters
- Contribute in and host recruitment actions to drive awareness of company

- Participate in related packages and process improvement projects as a talent consultant to build and distribute best-in-class
- Maintain honesty and upkeep of practical recruiting systems and procedures while subsidiary new tools and effectiveness of opportunities
- Track and analyse talent gaining metrics to monitor and improve performance
- Ensure compliance with audit, supervisory and legal supplies

Travel Requirements: Category Acquisition Director requires 20% of travel to its dealer locations.

This position will be typically reporting to the Director/ CEO
Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically Purchasing Assistant will be paid Rs. 8,00,000 – Rs. 9,00,000 Annually based on experience.
