Position Overview
Our Managers are accountable for the day-to-day processes of a Delivery Station which include inbound, outbound and sortation
processes. Wagon Wheel Delivery Stations describe the last leg of ourdistribution network for tiny parcel and heavy/bulky parcels.
Academic Qualification
- A Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years
- Bachelor's Degree from a university
- Master's in transportation, operations
- MBA
Professional Experience
- 2+ years of direct supervision experience for workers and their execution
- 4 years of operations experience in any firm
Professional Certification:
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the delivery of orders to consumers
- Develop, optimize, and distribute delivery programs on your shift
- Interact with and return to Customer Service associates on delivery limitations and applications
- Maintenance services management team in daily services administration of the transmission service, including route distribution, leading conferences and interacting with internal and external suppliers.
- Troubleshoot queries through to analysis, escalating as needed
- Evaluate and refresh SOPs as needed
- Assure compliance completely the site to global process patterns and work on constant development initiatives

Travel Requirements: This position requires 35% of travel.

Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically this position will be paid 7, 00,000 – 12, 00,000 annually based on experience.
