Academic Qualification

• Moderate computer skills

Professional Experience

• 2+ years of customer service experience

Professional Certification:

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
• Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Green belt in 6 Sigma training preferred.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the resident site administrator with equipment operations
• Answer telephone inquiries from proposed tenants
• Transform phone questions into position visits
• Show business, explain duration of ownership, and provide knowledge about the ability to considered tenants
• Type new lease including prospects who visit the business
• Assemble regularly rental expenses
• Complete general routine keeping, minor restoration work and cut links from back units
• Adviser business regularly for protection, maintenance needs, and sanitation
• Maintain purity of abandoned sections
