Academic Qualification
- High school diploma and some college preferred
- Moderate computer skills
Professional Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
Professional Certification:
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Green belt in 6 Sigma training preferred.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the resident site administrator with equipment operations
- Answer telephone inquiries from proposed tenants
- Transform phone questions into position visits
- Show business, explain duration of ownership, and provide knowledge about the ability to considered tenants
- Type new lease including prospects who visit the business
- Assemble regularly rental expenses
- Complete general routine keeping, minor restoration work and cut links from back units
- Adviser business regularly for protection, maintenance needs, and sanitation
- Maintain purity of abandoned sections
