Position Overview
The Plant Manager will manage the progress of the plant including scheduling, property, construction and constant improvement to meet metrics set by the business. The factory manager is capable to execute the operational approach to maximize protection, quality delivery price and resolve problems.
Academic Qualification
- BS Degree in business administration or relevant technical field required.
- MBA in operations or business management
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Operations Management necessary.
- Minimum of two years of experience in operations of warehouse and distribution centre
Professional Certification:
- Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
- Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations (Level-3)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Green belt in 6 Sigma training preferred.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collect, analyse data and provide reports as a basis for management arrangements related to various activities.
- Design, create, direct and run services to exceed our customers’ and stakeholders expectations.
- Improve production, assets range and adaptability while minimizing additional costs and supporting current quality measures.
- Accountable for increasing output, complete product quality and on-time transportation.
- Designates resources efficiently and fully appropriate assets to produce match or better plant goals.
- Execute strategies in association with strategic leadership and present a clear sense of administration and focus.
- Director operations, improve and implement necessary corrective procedures.
