Position Overview

The Area Manager oversees associates and runs the day to day progress of an allocated area within a population centre. The position produces results (performance, commercial & service results) for delivering and maintaining the movements of Associates who work various delivery centre working functions.

Academic Qualification

BS Degree in business administration or relevant technical field required.
MBA degree in Engineering, business Operations or related field

Professional Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in as Manager
5 or more years of administration experience in production, product distribution, or distribution environment

Professional Certification:

Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Level-5)
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Green belt in 6 Sigma training preferred.

Roles and Responsibility

Decide, orient, train, mentor, guidance and development of Associates
Teach and promote Associates to improve their capabilities and job production as well as to develop and maintain organised company.
Guarantee assistants attend all practice/cross-training on the date and event scheduled and differently ensure 100% agreement with machine operator and cross-training goals
Program departmental managers for new hire introduction and further hire on the job coaching
Transfer values, plans, intentions, and assigning responsibilities
Support positive and fruitful dialogue with each Partner and their business teams
Inaugurate and promote a spirit of collaboration within and between agencies<
Build a environment of openness, support and respect for each Associate
Program, director, price, and maintain production results
