Located in Essex County, it is the southernmost city in Canada and marks the southwestern end of the Quebec City–Windsor Corridor. The Detroit–Windsor urban area is North America's most populous trans-border conurbation, and the Ambassador Bridge border crossing is the busiest commercial crossing on the Canada–United States border. This city is also known as the “Automotive Capital of Canada”. It has a humid continental climate characterised by summers which are hot and humid and cold winters with frequent snowfall. Some of the attractions here include the Caesars Windsor – a slick casino resort with an indoor pool, Ambassador Bridge – a long span bridge connecting Canada and USA, Adventure Bay Family Water Park – indoor waterpark with pools and slides and Windsor Riverfront Garden – a common place for family relaxation.
