Purpose

Business Rules Analysis is used to identiy, express, validate, refine, and organize the rules that shape day-to-day business behaviour and guide operational business decision making.

The term Business Rules Analysis defines the aspects of the businesses and resolves the problem. It specially involves terms, facts, and rules. The business rules analysis describes the operations, definitions, and constraints that apply to an organization. The business rules analysis are intended to assert the business structure, control the influence, and the behaviour of the business. The business rules are applied to the processes, corporate behaviour, and computing systems in an organizations, and are put in a place to help the organization achieve its goal. Business rules analysis are not strategic but they are directive. The business rules analysis helps to remove the obstacles in market growth, reduce costs, improve communication, comply with legal requirements, and increase the customer loyalty. It helps the business to organize and achieve their goals by using business rules and business logic.    

The business rule analysis policy is a directive concerned with broadly controlling, influencing, and regulating the actions of an enterprise and the people in it. The business rule is a specific, testable directive that serves as a criterion for guiding behaviour, shaping judgements, and making decisions. The business rule analysis is a practiacble and is always under the control of the business. It involves captuirng business rules from sources, express them clearly, validaying them with the stakeholders, refining them to align with the business goals, and organizing the rules so that they can be effectively managed and reused. The business rules analysis maintain the project in a manner such that it can be monitored and adapted according to the business circumstances. The business rules analysis should be expressed and managed independently by using any technology for the project  implementation.
