Job Description for Product Manager at Phillips 

A Product Manager is a professional who combines both product planning and marketing to manage the entire life cycle of one project. They're responsible for gathering customer requirements and defining their vision with engineering as well as overseeing product strategy, pricing and positioning strategies. 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Job Description for Global SCM Project & Data Analyst at Phillips 

  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting the definition and deployment of long-term AS&UX SCM analytics roadmap, incl. deployment of necessary continuous improvement projects, tools (e.g. Tableau), and systems, in line with the SCM KPI eco-system and critical leading & lagging KPIs and their necessary cadence 
  • The holder of the position will be responsible to lead part of the reporting and analytics for specific stakeholders within the global SCM organization (ASUX, EDS, CS) as well as support additional business analytics deliverables. Main responsibilities are: 
  • Tableau strategy for plethora of dashboards for matrix SCM organization. Being able to create (technically) dashboards, being able to understand data behind these dashboards, being able to manage cadence and regular improvements to these Tableau dashboards, with a layering strategy in mind (lagging vs leading KPIs, layering dashboards per different spams/layers of organization, connections in between) 
  • Working closely with functional stakeholders, category teams, buyers to improve existing data-based deliverables and streamline data-related reporting processes, reducing cycle time for completion, ability to apply 80/20 pareto to data, problem solving methodology etc. 
  • Independently managing self, internal working groups or external team (TCS) who are responsible for large master data sets, with a purpose of cleansing, transforming, loading etc. (ETL) and translating them into readable reports and dashboards 
  • Assessing gaps within the current data and business planning process, problem solving to the core and developing recommendations for improvements and execute those improvements via kaizens, problem solving
