The Hardware Operations team at Square is responsible for the manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain management of all products available to customers globally. 

As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will develop, drive and execute supply chain transformation and improvement projects. Square is looking for a Program Manager with functional and operational experience in the Supply Chain Management and Operations domains who can understand, analyze and define business requirements to build end-to-end processes and systems for sustaining and NPI operations and international expansion.  This individual must be able to use a hands-on, cross-functional approach to identify pain points and drive improvements.  Must have the passion, business acumen and experience to recommend designs and process flows with the objective to scale the business with best-in-class supply chain processes and efficiencies.

  • Develop scalable business process to drive better decisions in supply chain management, such as cost management, performance metrics, supplier selection, etc.
