This is a team project and the team may consist of up to 6 students. The team is expected to present the project in about 15 minutes followed by a 5 minutes review by experienced business analysts. The maximum mark for the project is 50. All the students who participate in the presentation from the same team will get similar marks.

About Project

Your B-School is launching a new certificate program titled Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis and you are requested by the Dean to come out with a Marketing Strategy to successfully enrol prospective candidates. The duration of the certification program is for 3 months and the fee is Rs. 40,000 plus GST. Your presentation should identify at least 25 marketing ideas / strategies and at least 5 of them should be of novel in nature.

The presentation shall address the following:
1. Name of the strategy
2. How the strategy can be implemented?
3. Your analysis shall support why this strategy will succeed?
4. Reference to the strategy from industry that has implemented.
5. The recommended strategy shall be practical in nature
6. Mere naming of certain strategy doesn’t meet the project requirements.
