A business analyst doesn’t write a piece of code or manufacture a part but lays the roadmap for the creation of the software or gadget or machinery. Business analysts work in the virtual world, imagining things in thin air and enables all the stakeholders to visualise the to be created software or machinery. Because of these reasons, both the inputs to the business analysts and outputs from the business analysts are information.
