About Institution:
Rowan University, formerly known as Glassboro State College was founded in 1923. It has a historic significance of being the host site of the Grossboro Summit Conference in 1967 between the U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson and Soviet Premier Alexei Kosygin. It ranked 166 in the 2020 edition of Best colleges in National Universities. Rowan University has evolved from a teacher preparation school to a comperhensive research university.
