Mr. Narayanan is a former member of Indian Civil Services [IRAS 2000 Batch] and served at Indian Railways, Larsen & Toubro – ECC, Siemens (USA), Euro-Pro LLC (USA) and Latex International (USA) prior to joining Fhyzics.
Mr. Narayanan is functioning as the Approved WAREX Assessor for Confederation of Indian Industry - Institute of Logistics and assessed more than 30 Warehouses across India. Served as Member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Affirmative Action Sub-Committee during the financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19.
Mr. Venkadesh Narayanan is also teaching a 3-credit course titled “Business Analysis and Design” for the MBA students of Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Trichy students covering the key areas of business analysis such as Overview of Business Analysis and Role of Business Analyst, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Documentation, Testing & Deployment and Being a successful BA. He is also a visiting faculty at SSN School of Management teaching BCS Business Analysis Body of Knowledge. He is also functioning as Honorary Director of King Makers IAS Academy, a leading institution in India preparing graduates towards Indian Civil Services Examinations.
Mr. Narayanan is also credited with the application of business analysis in Tamil Movies and one of the factors behind several blockbuster movies such as Thani Oruvan (2015), Velaikkaran (2017) and Mirasal (2017). Times of India recognised his contribution through an article in the newspaper titled In a First of Its Kind, Tamil Director Uses Business Analysis to Enhance Script.
