Position Overview
Category Acquisition Lead duties include perceiving recruitment procedures, from sourcing to selection, managing a team of recruiters and categorizing high-potential applicants. They are avid and have knowledge in sourcing and recruiting varied talent for select roles and are relentlessly dynamic to find and hire top capacity individual and want to be a brand representative for the company. They lead lifecycle employing and work with corporate frontrunners in an industry-leading corporation and make an impression on the aptitude we bring in and raise the bar by providing excellent hiring executive and candidate participations.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor's Degree with knowledge in supply chain and logistics

Professional Experience

Manage external businesses with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
Device online and offline firm branding actions
Prepare and evaluation of annual employment budget
Oversee all phases of applicant knowledge (including application, meetings and communication)
Estimate hiring needs based on commercial development plans
Achieve, train and evaluate team of recruiters
Contribute in and host employment actions to drive responsiveness of company

Influence deep employing information to develop plans to appeal top talent with required skillsets to providing Business objectives
Participate in related packages and process development projects as a talent consultant to build and allocate best-in-class
Maintain honesty and upkeep of real-world recruiting systems and procedures while subsidiary new tools and efficiency of chances
Achieve excellent levels of customer and partner satisfaction
Manage/build/mature a team of high presentation recruiters

Travel Requirements: Category Acquisition Lead requires 30% of travel to its dealer locations.

Seniority Level: Head/Director

This position will be typically reporting to the Category Acquisition Director

Salary ranges liable on the experience and involvement. Typically Purchasing Assistant will be paid Rs. 6,00,000 – Rs. 7,50,000 Annually based on experience.
