Industry Process:
The major raw materials used in manufacturing paper boards are the pulps, where either they purchased externally or manufactured within the firms. The operation starts with pulping and refining in order to produce a dilution. These produced dilutions are allowed for pressurization and drying process, where the gravity machine sucks the water content in it. Now, the remaining solution is undergone for pressing process in order to form a determined shape of paperboard. Finally, the produced paper boards are allowed for smooth finishing process and then, inspection takes place to ensure the quality and standard of paperboards.
