Industry Process:
The industry operation starts with purchasing of woods, where birch, beech and pine tree woods are the most commonly used in this industry. The purchased woods are sorted according to its standard and quality. Then, the woods are allowed for cutting or sizing, where the wood logs are sized into defined shape. Now, the sized woods are undergone for bath in a hot water with specific temperature and also, dye concentrate is added based on the desired outcome colour. The dyed wood stripes are mixed with each other to produce the product according to the defined design. Pile of wood stripes are glued after stacking as a block, where the glue is applied on every wooden strip. Finally, the glue strips are allowed in a pressing plate and then, other finishing process are done in order to enhance its appearance.
