Position Overview
The Freight Forwarder works jointly with customers and internal team divisions in this important role which is the crux of our company. Principal duty is to support processing ocean shipping businesses, including all associated exercises, for an authorised base of descriptions. Assist with tasks related to document development and business coordination needed to prepare export purchases. Complete all duties accurately, cost-efficiently, inside Company measures, and following the heavy supervision of the unit Administrator or Superintendent

Academic Qualification 

• High school diploma.
• B.Sc. Degree in Business.

Professional Experience

• Freight Forwarding experience
• 1-year expertise in freights, goods and manufacturing stations

Professional Certification

• Certified Inventory Optimisation Professional (CIOP)
• Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations (Level-2)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Guarantee all sections of Finance are handled/managed to a class standard and all questions are discussed and solved 
• Maximize profitability on all records handled as well as to be cost-conscious at all periods
• Guarantee all filing is done automatically and accurately
• Efficiently register air bookings for both dangerous and non-hazardous substances, easy and compact cargo shipments
• Guarantee the comprehensive and appropriate delivery of packages by achieving knowledge from customers in order to provide their needs and creating paperwork that meets rigorous demands
• Classify activities and businesses that demand special approach, promote advanced methods to administration and implement recommendations within designated scope of liability.
