Professional Experience

  • Minimum 9 Years of experience includes at least 4 years of Procurement Managerial experience
  • Experience with any Business Management software
  • Experience in Supply chain is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office including Project Management software (Mandatory)

  • Design procurement strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met.
  • Ascertain money-spinning dealers and pledge business and organization conglomerates.
  • Determining profitable suppliers and inductee procurement partnerships
  • keep contract files and use them as reference for the future expansion.
  • Keep up to date with trends and innovations, regulation and new technology that can impact on the business.
  • Bridge between suppliers, manufacturers, internal teams such as supply chain, planning, marketing, IT and sales, and customers.
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous footings.
  • Scrutinize and test existing contracts constantly for improvements.
  • Track and report key serviceable metrics to diminish expenditures and improve efficacy.
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services and confirm acquisition details of orders and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.

Travel Requirements: Lateral Procurement Manager requires 35% of travel
